Informations
 

The 9 days meeting is all in. With your application fee we provide you of everything. This means that during the 9 days you are in France you will have to pay nothing anymore. Transport, accommodations, food, activities, etc. are all taken care of by us.
The only thing you have to do is to enjoy our trip!

But please note, some things we can NOT provide for you.
–  Travel costs to and from our meeting point in France to your home country.
–  Travel insurance, make sure you have a well covered insurance in your home country!
–  Souvenirs or extras you buy for yourself during the trip.
–  Good weather

 

Please be aware that there are only around 40 places for this meeting, and in order to keep our group as diverse as possible only a small number of participants from the same country will have the possibility to participate. Therefore we use a participation list and a waiting list in case places stay vacant or become vacant again.

And as always: First come = First served.

Application fee

 

The application fee payment is divided into 3 categories. The fee you have to pay depend on the country you come from. We do this to make the trip affordable for people from all regions of Europe.

As mentioned above the fee covers all expenses made during the trip. Included in the fee is also a goody bag every participant will get.
